Functions and features
- Vegetable cutter with cutting, grating, grating (julienne) as well as dicing and the option to cut French fries.
- It is equipped with a crescent container (1.25lt capacity) and 2 small round feed chutes: Ø
25 mm and Ø 55 mm, for precise cutting of long-shaped vegetables. - Uniform cuts and maximized load capacity, thanks to the design-patented handle pusher.
- Large outlet chute for efficient ejection. Fits trays up to 200mm high (such as GN) under the outlet chute.
- Continuous filling.
- Pulse function for fast and precise cutting and tearing.
- Ergonomic front arm, suitable for left-handed and right-handed operators.
- The vegetable slicer stops when the handle is lifted for operator safety.
- Optional discs are available in different sizes for carving, slicing and grating (diameter 175 mm).
- All parts that come into contact with food are completely removable without the use of tools

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.
