Normally, the carrier delivers the goods between 8:00 and 17:00.

A DOT delivery is a way to know when on the day you will receive the item. This is especially a good idea if the item is heavy and several people need to be ready to carry it in or if a technician needs to be ready to install it.

  • DOT1: Delivery between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM on a weekday
  • DOT2: Delivery within 2 hours between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
  • DOT3: Delivery within +/- 15 minutes between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM
  • DOT4: Evening delivery between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM

If you choose delivery (goods up to 100 kg) or our movers solution (goods over 100 kg), you will also know approximately when on the day delivery will take place.

  • Stock items are typically shipped the same day if you order before 12 PM.
  • Items in remote storage are expected to be in stock with the noted delivery time. Feel free to call us at 42613995.
  • Stock items are normally delivered by Danske Fragtmænd.

Shipping Costs (incl. handling)

  • DKK 95 for orders up to 25 kg - typically shipped with Danske Fragtmænd.
  • DKK 398 for orders over 25 kg - shipped on a pallet with Danske Fragtmænd.
