A complete package for those who want to start making crepes quickly. We have put together a package with everything you need to get started.
The Crêpes package contains:
- 1 pc. ATE1 grease spreader (incl. 1 felt pad)
- 1 pc. APA1 abrasive stone / cleaning stone
- 2 pieces wooden dough spreader (1 ART18 round & 1 ARH18 flat )
- 1 pc. ASI35 pancake turner/palette (35 cm)
- 1 pc. ALIP80 ladle/dosing spoon 125 ml
French crêpes are incredibly delicious all year round. We would definitely recommend that you make your own mix, but alternatively you can also buy ready-mixed mixes and we are happy to refer you to suppliers here at home.
Equipment and cleaning
When choosing a palette knife , go for one of 35 cm. Models of 40 cm are somewhat more difficult to handle. The grease spreader can last for several years if you take good care of it, and the felt pads also last a very long time if, after use, you rinse them under warm water with a little soap in them, wring them out well, and give them a run in the dishwasher. The abrasive stone is one of the most important pieces of equipment as it keeps the plate clean. Watch the video here so you know how to use the equipment.

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.
