Carry-in, unpacking and waste return (Does NOT apply to spiral staircases)
We can offer to carry the fridge up stairs for you at your address. The driver will contact you before he arrives. The refrigerator is carried up. Unpacked and driver takes packaging with return. The price only applies to fixed islands and requires free passage for the driver.
- Execution: Within 3 working days between 08:00 and 17:00.
- In addition to collection, general expenses are paid. freight: 398 ex. VAT
The fine print
- The recipient must be present at delivery and collection or have confirmed that the responsibility has been transferred to a third party.
- There must be free access conditions. The driver must not move other people's goods to carry out his task.
- If the task requires the driver to move some equipment, the customer must confirm this and at the same time the customer must assume responsibility for this.
- Lifting cannot be done via spiral stairs or other winding stairs.
- Only applies to fixed islands.
- If the door or something else cannot be forced or there is no one at the address, the full price will be invoiced.
- Interval delivery within 3 hours or less can be agreed (+ 525. ex. VAT).
- Stock items are shipped the same day if you order before 12 noon.
- Non-stocked goods are normally delivered within 4 weeks.
- Stock items are normally delivered with GLS or Danske Fragtmænd.
Shipping prices (incl. handling)
- DKK 95,- for orders up to 25 kg. - typically sent with GLS or Danske Fragtmænd.
- DKK 398,- for orders between 26 and 100 kg. - sent with Danske Fragtmænd.
- DKK 598,- for orders between 101 and 150 kg. - sent with Danske Fragtmænd.
- DKK 750,- for orders over 150 kg. - sent with Danske Fragtmænd.

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.
