Case: Senatoriu Pasazas

In 2019/2020, we were the consulting partner for the company behind Senatoriu Pasazas - an old building with delicatessens and restaurants in the Old Town of Vilnius.

In 2019, a Danish investor came to us with a large project we were to advise on. The course spanned 6 months with three visits to Vilnius.

The old building, where the shops and restaurants were supposed to be, was completely renovated for the big gold medal.

We advised on the choice of equipment and interior design proposals were drawn up. This included the production kitchen, butcher, deli, cafe and disk solutions.

Capacity, profitability calculations, the use of products and optimal work flow were reviewed. Some recipes were also reversed.

On October 1, 2021, there was an opening reception in the old renovated building Senatoriu Pasazas.

The customer was satisfied with the process and stated that we were very helpful in connection with the advice, so that the project could get off to a good start.
