Manual convection oven that handles the most common tasks in an industrial kitchen. If you have greater requirements for your cooking, we recommend either a Cheftop One or a Cheftop One Plus. But if you are looking for a reliable oven that can grill, fry, bake pizza, toast and bake frozen bread and cakes, then the cheflux model is an attractively priced solution.

The oven does not have a washing system. Must be connected to water, drainage and electricity.
