Freezer proofing cabinet from French Eurofours, with space for a trolley of 40 x 60 cm and a maximum height of 173 cm. Integrated compressor. E-drive control panel with hygrometer. Goes down to -5 degrees in 20 min. The temperature then rises slowly (+2 to +18 and to +12 degrees). These settings can be changed. The cooling process and the proofing process are important for the quality of your baking. Bring the dough to life via several steps. Gradually increasing temperature and controlling humidity. The end result is silky smooth dough that does not dry out.

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.
