Terms and conditions for rental

The following terms and conditions apply when renting catering equipment from Cosina ApS. If you have any questions, please contact us via email info@cosina.dk or telephone 42613995.

BINDING AND PAYMENT BY RENTAL AGREEMENT

Before we send the rental machine, you pay the product's start-up fee + 1 month's rent + delivery costs which you can find here. You will then receive a monthly invoice for one month.

The shortest possible rental period is 6 months. If you return the product within the 6 months, the remaining period of the binding period will be charged. Once the 6 months have passed, the termination is called the current month + 30 days.

BUY THE EQUIPMENT AND GET 75% OF THE RENTAL COST BACK

Within the first 18 months, you can choose to purchase the equipment. If you do so, our current normal prices on cosina.dk will be the starting point for a takeover fee – from this we will deduct 75% of the rent you have paid (not including the start-up fee).

GUARANTEE

During the rental period, the equipment is fully covered against any breakdowns and manufacturing defects. As with any other warranty, self-inflicted damage is not covered (incorrect use, impact damage, installation errors, etc.).

YOU CAN RENT UP TO 3 UNITS AT A TIME

Long-term rental is not intended for you to rent a complete production kitchen. Here we are happy to help with a Leasing Agreement instead that runs over two or three years. Long-term rental is something we offer for up to 3 pieces of equipment per customer.

INSTALLATION AND PREPARATION

The equipment is delivered brand new to the customer unless otherwise agreed. Delivery is made to the curb. It is up to the customer to prepare the installation of professional techniques (on the installation of the cable / plug / gas regulator), however we can help with the work for a fee.

CREDIT APPROVAL

Customers who require long-term rentals will undergo a credit and identity verification before the item is delivered. We reserve the right to reject all rental requests without reason.

PROTECTION AGAINST THEFT

Our equipment is equipped with unique identifications and often also a GPS tracker, so it can be followed wherever it lands.
