Add-on

Steam condenser for Unox BAKERLUX & LINEMISS manual convection ovens. It eliminates steam and odors from cooking fumes. It can only be connected to one oven.

Steam condensation is not necessarily suitable for all ovens in the series.

  • Must be connected to water, electricity, and drainage. 0.008 kW . 230 V, 50 Hz.
  • Chimney diameter Ø30 cm. Can optionally be installed before the oven is shipped, so that the water hose only needs to be connected to a ¾” stopcock on the wall.
  • The supplied drain hose should be inserted into a Ø40 socket PVC drain in the middle of the oven.
  • Dimensions: W: 23.4 x D: 17 x H: 33.9 cm.
