Gastro tray GN 1/2 MULTI.Day - 4 cm high

Use the vacuum pump from Evereo and create a vacuum in these special Multi.day gastro trays. You can then store the food in the trays in an Evereo warming cabinet and keep the food warm for up to 72 hours.

• Can be used directly in the oven or when sterilized , they can be placed in an Evereo warming cabinet. (Sterilization takes place in an ordinary oven for 15 min, 160 degrees)
• Use the vacuum pump as soon as the food comes out of the oven
• The lids used (additional purchase) are sealed and are very suitable for safe transport
