Steam condenser for CHEFTOP (GN 1/1) - Depth: 95.6 cm

This is a condensing hood that can be fitted to all new UNOX CHEFTOP ONE/PLUS combi ovens. We will install it on your new oven before dispatch, so it's ready to use as soon as you receive the oven.

The hood is a good solution when:

• a traditional hood cannot be installed
• the oven is located front-of-house in a cafe or bakery
• you want to minimize steam in the kitchen
• you want to avoid large ventilation installations

Less ideal when you frequently cook:

• fried meat
• bacon
• fatty products
• heavy grilling

The hood requires electricity, water, and drainage connections.

• WATER: The hood can optionally be installed before the oven is dispatched, where the water hoses from the oven and hood are combined into one. This way, the water hose from the oven only needs to be connected to a ¾” stopcock on the wall.
• The drain hose is connected to the oven's drain into a single hose, which should lead into a Ø40 PVC drain socket centered beneath the oven.
  
• The hood emits a small plume and functions as an alternative to an external hood.
