The pendant comes with a 3m cable (no canopy), and it can be mounted as you normally mount pendants, or it can be mounted in a rail using the pendant adapter for rail.
The difference between the Tube Pendant and the newer model Tube Flex Pendant is that this model is two-part, so you can get to the light source by unscrewing the lower part of the tube. In addition, the surface is slightly different and you cannot change the wire on this one.
