Cake displays for displaying cakes, croissants and other baked goods in bakeries and cafés. Cake displays are available either with or without refrigeration. If you are going to exhibit dry cakes , you do not need a showcase with a refrigerator, but if you are exhibiting, for example cream cakes , you must have a model with a refrigerator below 5°C.
The model from Forcar is made of plexiglass, and is supplied with foil on the outside so that they are not scratched during transport. The models from SAYL (Barcelona) are more exclusive and are made of glass. You should expect to use approx. 30-45 minutes to assemble the cake displays from SAYL. Most non-refrigerated cake displays are in stock with day-to-day delivery .
