Stainless steel racks for bakery ovens with space for up to 18 baking trays or gastronorm containers, designed in z-shape, so that several racks can stand close together. We also offer to have special trays made to measure so that they fit your oven. If you have a working trolley that has very worn wheels, you can buy extra wheels that fit. Wheels for trolleys are naturally heat-resistant, but the differences are in the hardness, which also determines the lifespan. Soft wheels last less time than hard wheels.
