"HEY UNOX" - Open house and the news of the year
On Wednesday 10 April 2024, Cosina and UNOX Denmark invite you to an open house, where we will do demo cooking for you and other interested guests. We also present this year's news from UNOX , namely CHEFTOP-X and BAKERTOP-X, which are the most automated industrial ovens on the market.

Experience completely new technologies
As the first dealer in Denmark, Cosina has taken home the new series, CHEFTOP-X and BAKERTOP-X, which are based on the Digital.IDâ„¢ operating system, which we already know from the speed oven Speed-X.
We have of course installed CHEFTOP-X in our demo kitchen so you can come and try it.
- HEY.Unox - Voice recognition technology, which allows you to control the oven without physically operating it.
- OPTIC.Cooking - Automatically scans the food on the plates and starts the recipe.
- Individual.CHEFUNOX: Machine learning technology that improves the recipes by asking for your feedback on the baking result.

Not just a new product
We don't want to bore you with yet another product news that you might not be interested in. The most important reason why you should stop by our HEY UNOX event is that you will have the opportunity to learn something about how much you can save in time and energy consumption , by going from an older oven (UNOX or another brand) to a new oven - regardless of whether it is the brand new CHEFTOP-X or the existing CHEFTOP PLUS.
