Dough kneader from Italian CP with fixed vessel. The CPM 120 d kneader is a powerful machine with a capacity of 120 kg., which can knead regular doughs as well as gluten-free doughs. We have tested it ourselves and it really works in practice. The bowl is fixed, but it is easy to clean with a cloth and a little water. However, you can choose the model with a removable bowl, but it weighs a little, so it is often easier to just have it fixed.
Vessel, hook and center column are in stainless steel. The rest in thick painted iron. Complies with all applicable regulations with closed plastic lid for flour dust and micro-switch. Emergency stop.
Ideal for soft doughs that get the optimal oxygenation. 2 speeds with two timers. Excellent machine for the price that requires very little maintenance.

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.
