The newest and most advanced, but also most user-friendly, display is what sits on all the X models. It's just like operating a modern tablet, and allows you to make video calls with a UNOX chef
MIND.Maps PLUS is the control panel in Cheftop and Bakertop Plus. It is a state-of-the-art display with sensitive touch, which makes it easy to navigate around - lightning fast. It is one level above the display on MIND.Maps ONE.
MIND.Maps ONE is UNOX's standard operating display on all Bakertop and Cheftop ONE models. It can do everything a modern digital combi oven should be able to do, but just a level below MIND.Maps PLUS in terms of size and touch.
The Bakerlux MASTER is an intelligent bakeoff oven with many of the same functions as the Bakertop, but the control panel is in a simpler version and not quite as sensitive.
Bakerlux SHOP.Pro TOUCH can do the same as LED, but you operate it with a small touch screen instead of buttons, and the recipes are illustrated with a picture.
Bakerlux SHOP.Pro LED and GO give you simple digital operation with programmable recipes. You use buttons to operate it, unlike TOUCH.

OPTIC.Cooking is an optical sensor that recognizes the raw materials you insert into each individual plug in the oven and automatically starts the right program. This saves time for the chef, who does not have to navigate the control panel every time she inserts a plug.

This technology goes in and changes (the recipe) during baking to compensate for heat loss when the door is opened and not least the quantity being baked. If the oven e.g. is completely full, it will add extra baking time. This ensures a perfect result every time.

AIR.Plus technology is found in Linemicro, Linemiss, Bakerlux Shop.Pro™ Master, Touch and LED and they have two fan speeds that guarantee good heat distribution.
AIR.Maxi is the more advanced fan with four fan speeds and it is in the Cheftop/Bakertop Plus models. They rotate both ways to create the most ideal air conditions in the chamber. Then you can bake both large loaves and cookies in the same oven.

Climalux uses sensors to constantly measure the humidity in the chamber and continuously adjusts to ensure that it corresponds to what is set.
