Steam condenser for BAKERTOP ONE/PLUS (If you do not have extraction)

This is a condensing hood that can be mounted on all new UNOX BAKERTOP ONE/PLUS combi ovens. We will install it on your new oven before shipping, so it's ready as soon as you receive the oven.

The hood is a good solution when:

• a traditional hood cannot be installed
• the oven is front-of-house in a cafe or bakery
• you want to minimize steam in the kitchen
• you want to avoid large ventilation installations

Less ideal when you frequently cook:

• fried meat
• bacon
• fatty products
• heavy grilling

The hood must be connected to water, electricity, and drainage.

• Connection: 200 W. 230 V, 50 Hz.
• Flue diameter Ø12.1 cm.
• Can be pre-mounted before oven dispatch, so the water hose only needs to be connected to a ¾” stopcock on the wall.
• The included drain hose must go into a Ø40 PVC drain socket in the middle of the oven.
