It has built-in extraction, as well as a base for plates and is on wheels so it can be easily moved when cleaning. This setup is ideal for the busy grocery store or campsite that needs to have a larger selection of bread and cakes made and does not have an industrial hood in the room.

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.
