Steam condenser for Unox cheftop One & Plus oven. (avoid extraction)

• Must be connected to water, electricity and drainage. 100 W. 230 V, 50 Hz.
• Chimney diameter Ø30 cm. Can possibly installed before dispatch of the oven, so the water hose only needs to be installed on a ¾” stopcock on the wall.
• The included drain hose must go into a Ø40 socket PVC drain in the middle of the oven.
• Min/Max flow: 310/390 m3/hour
• W: 53.5 x D: 81.8 x H: 34.3 cm.

How it works:

Shoots up a small cloud and works instead of an external hood. Removes much of the smell and steam for the oven. If you have to fry and other very fatty foods, you can buy a charcoal filter model that removes the smell.
