For those who prepare large quantities of roast pork, whole chickens or other fatty ingredients, the solution is a Cheftop Plus with SMART.Drain - a practical collection system for the fat that drips from the meat.
The excess fat drains into the container under the oven, which can be easily emptied.
The excellent washing system also cleans behind the fan guard, saving you time on cleaning.

Combine with the QUICK.Load trolley, so you can easily move food in and out of the oven - a huge advantage when filling the oven with heavy trays of roast pork or whole chickens.

The set consists of an oven and base cabinet, as well as the Smart.Drain system and Quick.Load trolley (see data sheet).
