With a daily production capacity of up to 30 kg of ice cubes and a built-in bin for 11.5 kg of ice, it delivers high-quality, clear, slow-melting ice cubes that enhance both beverage presentation and taste.
Ice machines from Hoshizaki's new generation have a relatively low CO2 impact. They are also incredibly hygienic machines with a closed ice production system including a rinse/cleaning function. The IM-21CPE ensures high-quality ice as each cycle uses fresh water.
