Unox Cheftop Plus is an Italian premium combi oven which, among other things, contains the functions; steam, washing system, control of air humidity and core temperature. Mise-En-Place so you can have several dishes ready at the same time and Multi.Time so you can make several independent dishes at the same time.

As one of the few ovens on the market, it is ENERGY STAR certified. This simply means that it is 20% more energy-saving than competing ovens. If you use the oven 6-8 hours a day, you will save many thousands of kroner on the electricity bill per year.

With this oven you can easily steam, bake, roast, grill, sous vide and roast at low temperature to perfection with consistent results.

Simple control panel with touch screen - set the oven, save a recipe or enter your ideal cooking program and let your creativity run wild. Set roasting time, leave it alone or set it for overnight cooking. Select temperature. Set fan speed and control humidity. Choose up to 9 phases in your program and thereby cook almost anything.

The smart thing about the oven is that you have your own personal recipe book. Easily repeat your program every time and save time. Store up to 380 programs and divide them into 16 groups. It could be according to who in the kitchen will use them or according to the type such as meat, fish, vegetables or dessert.

Mise-en-Place, where several dishes have to be finished at the same time, the oven notifies you that now you have to put the fries in so that it fits when the chicken is done. Multi time where you have to make several independent dishes at the same time. The oven then notifies you when the various dishes are ready. Plus can be accessed from home and with self-diagnostics it notifies itself in the event of a breakdown. Three layers of glass provide more insulation and you don't burn your fingers on the glass.

The oven is available in versions 3,5,7 and 10 GN 1/1 and can be stacked for increased flexibility and energy saving. It is also available in a free-standing GN 20 with roll-in trolley, which is a workhorse for the busiest places. If space is tight, it is also available in a compact 5 GN 2/3 version and a compact 5 GN 1/1 version that is only 53.5 cm wide.
