Own stock items are shipped the same weekday you order before 14. Ordered goods from European manufacturers typically have a delivery time of 2-4 weeks. Longer delivery times may occur.
DKK 95 for orders up to 25 kg. - typically sent with GLS.
DKK 398 for orders between 26 and 100 kg. - sent with Danske Fragtmænd.
DKK 598 for orders between 101 and 150 kg. - sent with Danske Fragtmænd.

We provide a 1-year full warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes both spare parts and hours. Some models have a longer warranty period.
Cosina has a showroom at Hermodsvej 18E in 8230 Åbyhøj, Aarhus, where you can see many of the machines we have on the website. You can get advice from one of our consultants, and you can order your goods immediately from us. We have some off-the-shelf items that you can take home immediately, but feel free to call ahead on 42613995 and ask about an item.

Before you buy
There are several things you can do to minimize costly mistakes.
- Visit our showroom and see the difference between different solutions and brands.
- Order our café handbook, with lots of good advice and to-do's when you want to start your own café.
- Take advantage of the opportunity to be visited by a consultant . For example, we can offer to send an oven expert out to your restaurant, café, canteen or bakery and demonstrate an industrial oven that he has in the van. It's completely free. In many cases, we can also send a consultant out to your premises and measure up to a new kitchen.
- Read our buying guides, which you can either find directly on our category pages (typically displayed under the products) or under our page with brochures and guides. You can e.g. learn more about the choice of industrial refrigerator, cooling table, industrial fryer and mixing machines.
After the purchase
There are also many things you can help yourself with after the purchase.
For many product categories, we can offer installation with specialists , so you can quickly get started with your commercial kitchen equipment.
For example, we have created clear packages for the installation of an industrial oven and the installation of a commercial dishwasher, both with appropriate water treatment, so that your equipment lasts much longer.
You can also choose to purchase additional service packages of e.g. coffee machines, soft ice machines and industrial refrigerators. That way, you know that the machines are inspected, cleaned and the water filter is changed correctly.
You can also buy an extended warranty on many products, and on our UNOX commercial ovens with Wi-Fi connection, you can register for free and get a full 4-year warranty.
