Add-ons

Complete bake-off set with one 10-tray convection oven from UNOX with automatic door opening. It stands on a practical wheeled stand, making it easy to roll into place and move around during cleaning. This setup is ideal for gas stations, busy grocery stores, or campsites that need to bake a larger selection of bread and pastries.

The set consists of 1) an oven for 10 pieces of 40x60 trays, 2) a tall rack, and 3) wheels.

Side-hinged bake-off oven with automatic door opening, easy to operate, has saved recipes and automatic door opening so the bread doesn't burn.

Make cleaning easier for your employees, as you can move the oven around. However, this requires a level floor.

  • Stock items are shipped the same day if you order before 12 noon.
  • Non-stocked goods are normally delivered within 4 weeks.

Shipping prices (incl. handling)

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.

Case - Shell, Hammel

Udfordring: Kunne kun bage på hver anden plade i deres nuværende gastro ovn og den brugte meget i strøm.

Løsning: En 6 pladers BAKERLUX TOUCH ovn med 7,5 cm mellem pladerne. Digital skærm som viser opskrift med navn, billede og bagetid. Ovnen er indstillet til at spærre opskriften, så opskriften ikke bliver slettet ved et uheld og man sikrer, at der ikke sættes andre programmer i gang. Undervisning via video.

Resultat: De unge ansatte er selvkørende hver dag. Ovnen passer nærmest sig selv. Giver lyd når du skal indsætte en bageplade og lyd når bagningen er færdig. Løsningen med rådgivning og låneovn resulterede i en indstilling til en samarbejdsaftale med BFI Indkøb.
