Convection oven from Unox with steam and 3 baking sheets (60 x 40 cm). Double glazing and optimal insulation minimize heat loss and electricity consumption. Dry.Plus contributes to baked goods having a uniform texture as moisture from the food and the chamber is reduced. Air.Plus ensures uniform baked goods.

Small compact oven ideal for smaller cafes, coffee bars and the like where the need is to bake crossaint, snails or other bake-off.
