Unox Evereo® - 10 x GN 1/1 - Heating cabinet and slow cooking

With an Evereo, you can keep food hot and fresh for up to 72 hours. You reduce working time and food waste and can organize your working day more easily. It works by vacuum packing the food while it is still warm. You don't have to wait for the food to cool down in a blast chiller first. It is then placed in the warming cabinet, which keeps the food at the right temperature. You can serve the dish in a short time.

The cabinet can stand alone or underneath a Cheftop oven 5 or 7 plate oven.

• Multi.day: Function that lets you vacuum pack hot food
• Vacuum pump: Used to create a vacuum in the special gastro trays (Multi.day trays). This must be done right after you have cooked the food in the oven. The pump is available either as a table model or with a stand and must be connected to a low-dust compressor.
• Heat-resistant silicone suction cup
• Use transparent bags (portion bags) or gastro trays
• Multi.day trays also ensure easy and safe transport when delivering food.
