The smart thing about the oven is that you have your own personal recipe book. Easily repeat your program every time and save time. Save +1,000 recipes or retrieve them directly from Unox's embedded recipes. Divide recipes into 16 groups This could be according to who in the kitchen will use them or by type such as meat, fish, vegetables or dessert.
The oven is available in versions 3,5,7 and 10 GN 1/1 and can be stacked for increased flexibility and energy saving. It is also available in a free-standing GN 20 with roll-in trolley, which is a workhorse for the busiest places.
