Another great advantage of the Simonelli Appia Life is that you don't have to turn a handle several times to get steam, but instead just press the black handle on the right of the machine.
Semi-automatic espresso machine
4 volumetric buttons for each group that can be programmed always give you the same amount (volume) of water, and thus uniform coffee results. If you don't want to use the preset programs, you can always brew with the manual button, where you choose when the brewing stops.
The water outlet is programmable so you can fill up an espresso with water for an Americano.
Connection
Nuova Simonelle Appia II is equipped with the Sirai pressure switch, rotary pump and must be connected to fixed water and fixed drain.
In addition, of course, the machine must be connected to a softening bottle/decarbonation bottle, so that internal parts are not damaged by the limescale in the water, and so that the coffee result is better. Without a bottle, the parts in contact with water are not guaranteed.
