The Ottima Evo is an efficient espresso machine for busy cafés with programmable electronic controls that deliver consistent quality in every cup you serve. The model here is the XL version, also known as Tall, because the group heads sit 12.3 cm above the base instead of the standard 7.8 cm. This means you can make lattes in large glasses.
We also offer Ottima Evo XL with only one group for small coffee shops or restaurants.

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.
