Millennium LX 18 is the ice cream counter for the large and serious ice cream shop that makes a living by selling good quality homemade ice cream and gelato.
The Millennium series is from the Italian ISA and naturally has ventilated cooling, making it suitable for homemade ice cream/Gelato.
It has space for 18 5 liter Napoli ice cream canteens. Curved front glass with heating wires that prevent the formation of condensation and there is a small top plate that is suitable for having an ice cream cone holder or napkins standing. Front glasses can be opened for easier cleaning.
Millennium has double glazing and a night curtain that is pulled down after the workday to reduce heat loss. The model is also available in a version with straight front glass.
